Villaging Does Not Exist In Modern Culture
We are crippled in the ways of Villaging, because we grew up with city Thoughtware. Modern culture thrives in cities. Patriarchal institutions design the environment of the city in order to fulfill the purpose of ever-increasing material value production and profit. City-dwellers sacrifice their ability to feel, choose, ask, declare in exchange for 'money to live'. Cities are breeding grounds for Zombism.
Villaging happens beyond the edge of Modern Culture. Archan Villaging is Edgework.
New Age is saturated with the mythology of 'remembering what we have forgotten' from the times human beings lived in indegenious tribes roaming the Earth. But, the child-level-responsibility (centered on the thoughtware: 'Mother Earth will take care of us') green-brain matriarchal Villaging technologies do not have the Evolutionary wish and Memetic structure to nurture the radiant force of your unique Archetypal Lineage in action.
Archiarchy has never existed on Earth before. It is the natural evolution of humanity as a whole from Baby culture (Matriarchal, if they ever existed) to Adolescent culture (Patriarchy) to Authentic Adulthood culture.

Archiarchy Villaging creates Gaian Growness Gameworlds which you bring to life by collaborating so that you, others and the evolutionary sophistication of 'the Village' itself wins (including Gaia...) in a mutually-empowering Torus, circulating around Edgeworkers who deliver their Nonmaterial Value through 3 Phase Healing, Thoughtware Upgrade, and Adult and Archetypal Initiatory Processes.
Village-Making is Taking a Stand for an entire morphogenetic field of interaction and creation to upgrade to an Adult (or Radical) level of Responsibility.
Villaging Is A Verb
People come together and 'village'. This means that 'to Village' is a verb, not a noun. A 'Village' arises through 'Villaging'.
There is also no such thing as 'a village'. The visible and invisible elements of Villaging create an ever-evolving 'cyclone' of people helping each other live full-out, heal, grow up, and bring each person's potentials to life.
Villaging requires an entire new set of sensitivities, awarenesses and skills that can really only be learned by Villaging itself.
Whether it is a Bridge-House, a neighborhood, a wider geographic area, a region, a 'country', the people who speak the same language - without you Village-Making, there would be no Villaging.
Nobody can stop you from Village-Making!
Only you can stop yourself! Well, not quite you but your emotional fears...
Fear about not knowing how Villaging goes.
Fear about going first and being humiliated, or killed (again). You probably tried, failed and made Past Life Vows.
Fear about being rejected by everyone.
Fear of not being understood.
Fear of failing.
Fear of hurting other people.
Fear of being alone.
Fear of going crazy for doing things that nobody else around you is doing.
Fear of jealousy and other people competing with you
Fear of going crazy by allowing so much Love, Commitment and Celebration into your Life.
Fear that it might actually work and still almost no one else is doing it.
Fear that you might become someone that you do not recognize.
Learning to Inner Navigate your Four Feeings, and especially your Conscious and Unconscious Fears is a crucial element in becoming a Village-Maker.
Village-making starts with taking back your own personal Agency to be the source of a new culture.
Village-Maker, the Source of Villaging
As a Village-Maker, you have enough Possibility Arrogance to Cavitate an entirely new Energetic Space declare it to be "where my Archan Villaging thrives". You then embark on the Adventure of sourcing the Context, the Thoughtware, the Values, the Traditions, the Quests that shape the Villaging that you wish to live in.
Villaging is Culture-building. Village-Making is weaving, deepening and clarifying the 'How Does It Go' of a culture that is taking a significantly higher level of responsibility. The shift from a Child-Level Responsibility culture, such a Patriarchy to an Adult or Radical-Level Responsibility culture, such as Archiarchy is a complete reinvention of every aspect of our life as human beings from the Point-of-Origin of an entirely new paradigm.
Despite the claims of corporations developing 'new corporate culture', changing the varnish on the obsolete model of a free-market economy plunging Planet Earth into its sixth mass extinction area has nothing to do with the Radical offered here.
Who sources the re-invention?

This is no small feat.
An Archiarchal culture is build over years, decades, not months.
A regenerative culture is an evolutionary organism. An Archan Village is in ongoing transformational movement to regenerate itself and its environment. Anything stable is dead.
But as you know from your own experience... each Villager come with a heavy load of Baggage, old Decisions, outdated Thoughtware, honed Survival Strategies, a Contaminated Adult Egostate, an unTransformed Gremlin, still stuck in the 8 Prisons, still in School, still in the Hierarchy, still in their Parent's house and values, still thinking they need money to live, still working a corporate job, with one foot anchored in Survival and one foot dangling over the Gap of Nothingness that leads to Archiarchal Culture.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide a safe environment for the Being and a dangerous environment for the Box.
A dangerously safe environment clearly distinguishes Abuse, Self-Abuse, Judgments, Assumptions, Expectations, Resentment, Revenge, Manipulation, Control, and other Reactivity as Unconscious Box and Gremlin strategies.
Your Sword of Clarity, Purpose Sniffer and Bullshit Detector are finely tuned to detect any Emotional Reactivity or Hidden Purpose action as defenses against Expansion, Possibility and Intimacy, AND stepping stones for Evolution and Healing.
At the same time, you are exitedly demonstrating and unreasonably inviting Archan Villaging through Radical Freedom, Radical Reality, Radical Relating, Radical Honesty, Radical Reliance, Radical Responsibility and Radical Creation.
Your Villaging leaves no space for Survival of the self-made protective eggshell made during childhood, while sourcing endless territories for the expansion of the Being to be the space through which Archetypal Forces can do their work in the world.

The Flow of Archetypal Forces
The moment you declare yourself as the Village-Maker, you become the space through which the Forces of Village-Making can do their work in the world.
You will be flooded with new and more energy that your Box is not used to.
If you are not aware that you are inviting new Forces into your Life, you might give credit to your Box's freak-out. Some Spaceholders - who had not been warned of such intense changes - relfexively clamped down their Box from the inside to stop the sudden flow of Life. We do not want this to happen to you.
One of the keys is to keep breathing while new dimensions in your Life roll open.
You do not need to manage them or understand them. Your job is to let the Forces speak through you into those new dimensions.
Go through every Emotional Healing Process that shows up on your Path of Village-Making.
Stay in contact with other Village-Makers who can provide Thoughtware Upgrades.
Use your Possibility Team or SPARK Study Group to practice Village-Making skills.
You cannot upgrade all at once.
Not the framework of Archiarchal culture, nor the Possibility of Archan Villaging are going anywhere. They were there before you took your Stand, they will be there after you pass on your Stand to the next Village-Maker.
The quality and quantity of Archetypal Forces that flow into your Village is defined by the tightness (or looseness) of your Restricting Sphincters. Therefore, part of your Path as a Village-Maker is to expand your Being to source the framework of the context of Archiarchy in the Village.

There is no 'we' in Responsibility. This does not mean you are alone! Most successful Archan Gameworlds started with 3 people. A 3Cell.
And only ONE person can be the spaceholder for that 3Cell. That might be YOU. In other words, you are the Steward of the Village-Making and the Village-Making Team.
- You call the context-deepening meetings.
- You invoke and empower the talents, Knacks, Nonmaterial Value, Archetypal Lineages and Bright Principles of your Team members.
- You demonstrate Archan Villaging at the level of your Village-Making Team.
- You look into the invisible (what is not there) to do the impossible.
- You create a vaccum for the group intelligence of your Team to be used at maximum.
- You leverage yourself by training your Team into the next Village-Makers, and stewards of the Village-Making Team.
It has proven to be useful to have a range of skills, expertise and Archetypal Lineages in your 3Cell Village-Making Team.

- All 4 Brains: Green Brain - focused on connection and community, Red Brain - focused on action, creation and movement, Blue Brain - focused on organization, documentation and structure, and Yellow Brain - focused on the big picture, the overall purpose.
- All 4 Archetypal Lineage categories: Guardian - those who write and implement the Codex, Evolutionary - those who take people and groups through healing and transformational processes, Village Weaver - those who spread the invisible but indeniable glue between Villaging members (in other words create Conscious Accountability for the well-being of each other) and Gameworld Builder - those who live at the edge of the gameworld to expand it and deepen it.
- Spaceholders for Healing and Transformational spaces: Rage Club Spaceholders, Fear Club Spaceholders, Emotional Healing Process Spaceholders, Possibility Coaches, Possibility Psychologists, and Possibility Management Trainers. Being a Village-Maker for an Evolutionary culture helps if you are a trained transformer yourself. You know what you are talking about!

42 Actions For Successful Archan Village-Making
Successful Village-Makers have their Team engaged simultenously in at least 80% of these 42 Archan Village-Making actions at all times. These actions participate in inhabiting the framework that establish Archiarchy as the culture of your Villaging.
- DEPEEN THE CONTEXT: If you are not ongoingly investigating, expanding and upgrading the context of your Villaging, it will crystalizes into a fanatical rule-based belief-oriented religion context. One characteristic of Archan culture is the ability to subvert itself. In Archan Villaging, members are Homo Evolutio - the ones who evolve, and no longer Homo Sapiens - the one who 'know'. Deepening the context of Villaging is living in the Quest of: "How could this Villaging go better? In which territory can the Villaging expand into? What part of the Villaging needs clarifying?" Context deepening happens mostly during the 3Cell Village-Making meetings. The Evolutions are then spread into through Villaging in Articles, Websites, Newsletters, Announcements (in the Telegram groups), different kind of feedbacks to the Villaging members, in the weekly Heartbeat Villaging call and by keeping the Codex up-to-date.
- WRITE AND UPGRADE THE CODEX: the Guardians are responsible for the upkeep of the Villaging Codex. The Codex is a PUBLIC document that anyone who is interested to join the Villaging MUST read BEFORE entering the Village, and agree to it. - DIVERSIFY THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: The strength of your Villaging is not the elegance of the Rules of Engagement, it is the Clarity and Depth of your Context. The Rules of Engagement clarify the negotiable parts of the gameworld (in constrast, the context is non-negotiable). For example, how does someone enter the gameworld? how does someone leave the gameworld? what are the exchange of currencies within the Village? and with other gameworlds? The Rules of the Engagement can also be used as stepping stones to integrate new awarenesses and therefore, new behaviours, into the Context. The Rules of Engagmenent are specific agreements that answer the question: "How does it go?" "What agreements empower the purpose of the Village?" Designing Rules of Engagement requires the intelligence of all four Archetypal Lineage categories.
- MAINTAIN THE HEARTBEAT OF THE VILLAGE: Villaging is an organism. How can the new information travel from the Infinity Ring (3Cell Village-Making Team) to the Village, and the other way too? What we discovered is that a weekly meeting held by the Village-Maker or attended by the Village-Maker is an ideal place. It becomes the Heart (or one of the Hearts) of the Village. The purpose of the space is Transformation, Thoughtware Upgrade, Healing and Initiation such as a Study Group, a Possibility Team or a Clinic. The Heart Beat of the Village is a space for Aliveness, which would include sharings authentic Liquid States, clear and sharp Feedback, Discovery journeys following an authentic question from someone in the space, laying out newly discovered discernment, tools, Maps and Processes for the benefit of the whole Village. These meetings are recorded and publicly shared.
- KEEP UP-TO-DATE YOUR VILLAGING WEBSITE: Your Villaging Website clearly states the Context, the Purpose and the Distinctions that are applied to create the Culture of your Villaging. It presents the members of your Village's Infinity Ring, including the contact person for more information about your Villaging. It lists the Villaging Projects - Gaian Gameworlds, plus Interviews, plus Articles (or links to the Medium publication - see below). It can possibly detail the other PM Archan Villages and their websites. It has a link to the TeamUp Calendar for your Village. - STEWARD WITH CLARITY AND CELEBRATION YOUR VILLAGING TELEGRAM GROUPS: Messaging groups are doubled sworded. They are wonderful tools of Connection, Collaboration and Celebration in ways that research can travel faster than any time before, 3Cells and Teams can be created in an instant, and people living kilometers away can become more intimate than your neighbors. However, it remains: messaging is no form of human communication. Meaning, when it comes down to navigate the delicateness and sensitivity of human reactivity or story-making, ALWAYS DEMAND a video call (or even better a live encounter). YOU (or the person you are training as the Guardian) are responsible for the quality of interaction taking place in the Telegram group. From experience, one Telegram group with 3 main topics: The Village, Emotional Healing Collaboration, and Events usually work well. Empower your Guardianship by establishing a clear Codex with practical consequences. Everyone in the Village agrees to the Codex. If someone wants to make a proposal to upgrade the Codex, they automatically join the Guardian Team. This is Torus Technology, there is no veto and no vote. To make proposals requires the willingness and ability to take responsible for their application.
- GUARD 5 DISTINCTIONS AT ALL TIMES: Become the relentless Guardian of at least 5 basic distinctions at all time such as the difference between Feelings and Emotions, between High Drama and Low Drama, between Thinking and Feeling, between Box and Being, between Conscious and Unconscious Purpose in your Village context. Demonstrate Guardianship in every Villaging space. Replace Yourself in Guardianship by training one person to hold one distinction.
- UNDERMINE THE HIERARCHY #1: every time someone gives their center away to a presumed 'authority figure', they try to convince you they can be a victim of a persecutor. In a Radically Responsible culture, being a victim is an illusion. Instead, invoke a culture where each Villaging member is Accountable for what they want while distinguishing which Part is doing the wanting. Hierarchy is an inner relationship to others. Hire each Villaging member to undermine any Hierarchical action. Put the Poop on the Table every time someone gives their Center away to then complain, blame and take Revenge on the made-up authority figure.
- UNDERMINE THE HIERARCHY #2: Demand a Gremlin Transformation Process for anyone refusing to get off their Projection of Hierarchical power structure until they can be at source of a Circular culture using Torus meeting and decision-making Technology. In other words, train your Bounty Hunters.
- ESTABLISH A CULTURE OF EMOTIONAL HEALING PROCESSES: every time someone has an Emotional Reactivity, STOP the conversation IMMEDIATELY. Emotional Reactivity is absolutely NO basis for a Collaborative Communication between Free and Natural Adults - which requries a Minimized Now, a Decontaminated Adult Egostate, a Transformed Gremlin, having dropped Baggage. The only use of Emotional Reaction is as a gateway to a Healing Process. Every single time that there is an Emotional Reaction, ask the reactive person to find at least 1 spaceholder for the needed Emotional Healing Process (EHP), right there and then in the moment. Do not assume the reactive person will take responsibility later. They mostly probably will not.
- INAUGURATE THE 'PURPLE CARD': a Torus Technology tool, the 'Purple Card' is an efficient and clear tool to become intensely sensitive to Emotional Reactivity. The Purple Card gives a simple way to announce that you might have detected Emotional Reactivity. Have every Villaging member carry a Purple Card on them at all times. (Read the Purple Card website for specific instructions of use.)
- GATHER THE 'WITCHES CIRCLE': scan for and gather together the 'Witches' and 'Wizards' of the Village whose specialty is to hold space for the Evolutionary dimension of the Villaging. They deliver Healing and Transformational Processes. They encourage, invite and invoke people to become their own healers and transformers. They are the spaceholders for the EHP Collaboration Telegram group. They are probably the spaceholders for the Possibility Coaching specialty, including delivering the Possibility Coaching Training.
- MAKE TRANSFORMATION PUBLIC: consistently ask for Villaging members to share about their Healing and Transformation processes to be witnessed by other Villaging members, whether in form of written message, Articles, Videos, recordings of the EHP and interviews. Not only does public transformation create a huge amount of value for each person who might have a similar transformation waiting for them, but when a person is witnessed in their transformation, it anchors their new identity in the larger field. This includes being visible with each other's Underworld and Gremlin Purpose.
- MAINTAIN A CREATE POSSIBILITY WEBSITE: ask profesionnal the Possibility Coaches of your Village to record up to 100 of their Possibility Coachings delivered in their regional language. Duplicate (or ask Clinton Callahan) to duplicate the (English) Create Possibility website and publish the recordings. The Create Possibility website is a window into the quality and Possibility that you are offering to the world. It is Legend-Making!
- BE THE SUPER DUPER POOPER SCOOPER: lower your Numbness Bar to the 'Poop' in the Village. At any hint of 'Poop' going on, become the Super Duper Pooper Scooper in an instant. Call up the person Pooping all over the Village. Keep your Sword of Clarity pointing at their neck (that is all the time, not just in the call. The more Present you are with your Sword, the less Poop people will attempt to smear on your territory). If the Poop is between 2 or more people, call up and hold space for a Frying Pan. There are many other tools to transform long-term Poop such as: Dismantling Resentment, Withdrawing Expectations, the Wok, Burning the Myths (still to be written), Fear of Connection, 'I Cannot Commit to You Because / I Need You In My Village Because', and all 51 Core Initiations. When Conscious Creation becomes more ecstatic than Low Drama Gremlin Feeding, the Super Duper Pooper Scooper comes out rarely but no less efficiently.
- CENTER YOUR VILLAGING ON THE DELIVERY OF NONMATERIAL VALUE: Archiarchy is centered on Nonmaterial Value creation (as opposed to Patriarchy which is centered on Material Value, i.e.: accumulating and hoarding something, money, Instagram followers, matrix, copyrighted discoveries, ...) The shift from Material Value to Nonmaterial Value is huge. It requires diverse thoughtware upgrades (about Money, Competition, Scarcity of Resources, Collaboration, Creation, ...) and even more Processes (jacking into the Source, reclaiming Authority, and your Real Voice, becoming a Person of Agency, distilling Bright Principles, Coolness Factor, Knacks, ...) Make ongoing unreasonable Transformational Proposals to your Villaging members to deliver their Nonmaterial Value in forms of Articles, Books, Interviews, Worktalks, Workshops, Rage Club, Fear Club, Trainings, Websites, monthly Newsletters, Coachings, Emotional Healing Processes, etc... Until they discover the Source of their own Specialty and build their Specialty Gameworld.
- LAYING OUT THE TERRITORY FOR NEW SPECIALTIES AND FINDING THEIR SPACEHOLDERS: every aspect of human culture needs to be reinvented so it emerges out of Radical Responsibility, Regenerative creation and Nonmaterial Value. Each aspect is a Specialty. Each Specialty needs a spaceholder. As a Village-Maker, you might see the necessity and potential of a Specialty, but it is not your job to hold space for it. Lay out the Specialty. Meaning, give the Specialty a name and make the Specialty website. Then, keep your sensors out for the Specialty Spaceholders. Most probably, they will not declare themselves until you train them for the job. So train them! In the Possibilitator Path!
- ENABLE YOUR REGIONAL POSSIBILITATOR TRAINING: The Possibilitator Training is THE place for Specialty Spaceholders to train themselves in company of other Specialty Spaceholders. As the Village-Maker, you are IN the Possibilitator Training of your Village. This is the closest place you can be to empower the people who are most likely sourcing Archan Villaging. Most probably, you will be the first Spaceholder for the regional Possibilitator Training. Quickly train someone to replace you. Join the Regional Spaceholder bi-monthly meetings. - HAVE POSSIBILITATORS SCOUT FOR OTHER POSSIBILITATORS: from the get-go, establish the culture that Possibilitators empower other Possibilitators. The Village thrives when Possibilitators are enabled to be their Service in action. It does not take long for newbie Possibilitators to shift from 'substantiating themselves as a Possibilitator' (Phase 1, the 'Me, Me, Me' phase) to standing for empowering as many Possibilitator as they can (Phase II).
- EXAMPLIFY THE TRADITION OF 'REPLACING YOURSELF'. Do it yourself first. Create a culture of Apprenticeship. Find one or more Apprentices to your Village-Making journey. Then, every time someone delivers a space, demand that they have at least one Apprentice learning from them.
- TEAMS, TEAMS, TEAMS (3CELL): Institute the culture of 3Cells, temporary Teams joining forces for a particular purpose - a Gremlin Food Research, getting out of isolation, a memetic construct, an addiction, delivering their first Worktalk, starting a Bridge-House, ... The lone-wolf strategy is innefficient in Archiarchy, because your Box is the hardest show to see. Group intelligence is the key to unlock the next steps in Evolution for yourself and for the Village as a whole. Promote Teamwork for the purpose of liberating group intelligence.
- MAKE RAGE CLUB THE BOTTOM LINE: Rage is the first feeling to jack into, it is the spaceholder for the other feelings. Without their Feelings, you people cannot Village. Everyone participates in Rage Club. That is the bottom line.
- BECOME A RAGE CLUB SPACEHOLDER ADVOCATE: New Possibilitators need to start delivering their Nonmaterial Value somewhere. We encourage Rage Club as a first step into the big pool. Actually, at least 2 or 3 Introductions to Rage Club to create the Circle that will join then the Rage Club (Series). Empower Rage Club Spaceholder Trainers and people to join Rage Club Spaceholder Training as their stepping stone.
- TRANSFORM FEAR IN ONGOING FEAR CLUB: Fear of fear is the first enemy on the Path. Many Possibilitators in your Village are stuck there. The lack of Fear navigation triggers Box shut down and Unconscious Gremlin behavior. There are not enough Fear Clubs happening. This means not enough of your Possibilitators are transforming their relationship to Fear as one of their closest allies on their Path. Find Fear Club Spaceholders. Demand that they Take A Stand for Fear Thoughtware Upgrade.
- BECOME A FEAR CLUB SPACEHOLDER ADVOCATE: what was said above.
- KICK START AS MANY BRIDGE-HOUSES AS POSSIBLE: Bridge-House is a safely dangerous environment for Archiarchal culture to come to life and for participants to experience 24/7 what else is possible as a culture. Seed the potential and possibility of Bridge-Houses in your Villagers' Hearts and Beings.
- TRAIN THE NEXT ARCHIARCHY INVENTION CENTERS: Archiarchy Invention Centers are non-hierarchical toroidal Teams (circles of circles) thriving in a radical-responsibility context and evolution/transformation purpose, explicitly without any kind of curriculum or controlling board of directors. AIC are Bridge-Houses with the specific purpose of incubating Archan Gaian Gameworlds so that any Edgeworker who is ready to shift from Patriarchy to Archiarchy finds the culture they wish to live in.
- DEMAND THAT THE VILLAGE MEMBERS CONTINUE THEIR INITIATIONS: the Path of Adulthood is just that - a Path. A Path has a clear beginning but no end. The Path is infested with many distractions. It is relatively easy to get off the Path. If someone stops their Initiations, they have clearly stepped off the Path. There are 51 Core Initiations to go through, and many more. Authentic Archan Initiations can be found in Possibility Labs held by certified Possibility Lab Trainers, and other contexts listed in the Initiations website.
- HAVE A FEELING PRACTITIONERS TEAM CARING FOR THE HEALTH OF THE VILLAGE: Empower your local Feeling Practitioners to hold space for the Health of the Village. Empower them to call up people they can scan are getting physically imbalanced or who are missing distinctions for health in all 5 bodies.
- FIND YOUR TRAINERS: Expand The Box's thoughtware upgrades and initiations, and Possibility Labs' Initiations and Healing Processes are unique and are not delivered in any other context. They are indispensable to stabilise into a Decontaminated Adult Egostate and jack into Infinite Resources. ETB and Lab Trainers are hard to find and even harder to train. Without them your Villaging will quickly hit a ceiling of what is Possible.
- HAVE YOUR VILLAGE DELIVER OF THE MENU: 'The Menu', a Nonmaterial Value stand at the weekly vegetable market, or main plaza of a city, or a busy pedestrian street. Delivering the Menu is demonstrating that the currency of a Regenerative culture is Nonmaterial (instead of consuming the limited material "resources" of Planet Earth). Have Possibilitators share their research in 1h30 long recorded Worktalks that are then publicly shared.
- BRIDGE WITH THE GLOBAL VILLAGE: As Archiarchy keeps spreading around the world, Possibility Management Villages will continue to sprout in every corner of the world. We are applying the Tansley Effect - running multiple experiments at the same time trying to solve the same 'problem', in our case the anhiliation of life of Planet Earth due to an uninitated culture. The polination between local and global Villages maintain the Evolution and Integrity of each Village while empowering them with new distinctions and processes. Be a force of pollination and invite others to do the same.
- PRINT AND DISTRIBUTE CARDS TO THE SEED PLANTERS: Find the Seed Planters. They are easy to spot, they naturally go around telling anyone and everyone about the cool stuff they are discovering. Print StartOver.xyz Cards or Rage Club Card or Archiarchy Cards that have links and QR codes to websites through which people can find their way to your Village. Give the cards to the Seed Planters with the hint to drop the Cards in books in bookstores (especially airports bookstores), in cafés, in ecovillages, in free exchange libraries, in research centers, holistic healing clinics, etc... Tell them to always carry these Cards with them so they can Start An Interesting Conversation With A Stranger.
- PLANT 'PM BOOKS' SEEDS ALL AROUND: Remember there are 3 Rules "Do not (physically) hurt yourself. Do not hurt (physically) anyone or anything else. Do not get arrested." Go into bookstores, and surreptitiously add a PM book to their collection. Preferably in the 'Psychology' section or 'Alternative Medicine' or 'Feelings and Emotions'. When someone buys it, they will be surprised to have it in their stores, but they might order it again. Other places are great to leave books around: Ecovillages, Hostels, Cafés, Yoga Studio, Community Centers, ... There are many Legends of people becoming Possibilitator which started with a book in a hotel!
- DOCUMENT ARTICLES: build a Medium publication (for example, NEXT CULTURE) for your Villaging research. Post each articles written by your Villaging members to this publication. This is a Legend Making action empowering the research of your people. They are already famous!
- EMPOWER YOUR BOOK WRITERS: Books are artifacts. Artifacts remain long after the people who made them are dead. Who knows how long it takes other people to be ready to read what you are discovering now. Commit your Village to the people already waiting for their books and the generations to come. Plus writing a Book makes them authors. What else could be more Legend Making?
- CREATE AN EXCITING WEEKLY VILLAGE PRESS RELEASE IN THE LOCAL VILLAGE NEWSPAPER: Build a Media Outreach Team (maybe somewhere exists a sexier name for this group). One of the main jobs for the Media Outreach Team is to write consistently - meaning EVERY WEEK - a concise and exciting Press release sharing the discoveries and the celebration on the PM Archan Village. They are sending it to the same local newspaper or magazine. Each Press release has a original photo (not from a stock photo app), and a contact for interested people. Sometimes, there is an invitation to an event. But more often, it is pure information, celebration and a new distinction.
- HAVE AN OUTREACH TEAM TO FEED THE OTHER VILLAGES: Further down the line, build a Possibilitator group who delivers small worktalks at any small groups that exists in the city, or village around. For example, Technopenuriaphobia Healing at boy scouts, teaching kids at YMCA centers to make boundaries, sharing Feeling Practitioner distinction in nurse schools and holistic centers. The group goes through the phone directory and contact each group, institution and organization. They are wanting new cool stuff! You have it!
- HAVE A GOVERNMENTAL OUTREACH TEAM: Further down the line, build a Government Outreach Team whose job is to talk to the Mayor (or equivalent) about their Energy Descend Plan, and their Nonmaterial Value Skill Development Plan. Go to the meeting with a clear proposal of how that could happen in your Village, City, Country. Make real even if unreasonable transformation proposals. - MAKE LEGEND MAKING ACTIONS: Legend Making Actions are unpredictable. They cannot be systematise. Legend Making are raw Invention in the moment. Their purpose is clear: cracking through the ordinary level of Care, Love, Clarity, Commitment, Agency to open new domains of Possibility for Extraordinary and Archetypal Love. Your Legend Making actions is what people remember about you. Of course, Legends can be 'negative' (resulting in people not wanting to be associated with you) or 'positive' (which create Value with no expectation of receiving something in exchange). Legend Making can range from taking someone's hand when they need it the most to holding space for a Radical StartOver for a Global Gaian Gameworld. The question about whether video and audio are used in this Telegram group is a Gameworld context consideration, not a personal one.
Therefore, the question is not: 'Does a video or an audio works for you personally (which is really your Box preferences)?'
Letting Box preferences have any power in this group will absolutely undermine the Possibility of Transformation. Your Box is dead. And an uninitiated Gremlin will try to defend deadness and separation and righteousness. The results is ordinariness. There is so much Ordinary out there, why bring it in here too?
The question is: what results does a video and an audio create? And does these results empower or hinder the purpose of this group?

In the last few days, the Infinity Ring for the Rage Club gameworld have met to deepen the context.
Our Quest-ions were:
* How can Rage Club remains an authentically healing and transformation space without being diluted by unconscious Fears and adaptiveness?

* How can the Gameworld of Rage Club grow?
Rage Club is an Archan Gameworld. And it is a working Archan Gameworld, which we celebrate!
'Working' means that the quality and Integrity of the gameworld comes from being on each other's Team - not for financial and fame success, but success to be on the Path of Evolution together.
Spaceholding for Rage Club works on the basis of being part of an Archan Village. The question is how is EACH OF US sourcing the Aliveness and Clarity of the Rage Club Spaceholder Village?
Practically, these are proposals to deepen our Villaging together:
* Please continue to gather a 2-people feedback / coaching / empowerment Team with you when you deliver Rage Club. I am so glad to witness that for each Rage Club, most of you do ask for such a Team. Holding space for someone to hold space for Rage Club is one of the most powerful ways to develop your own Spaceholding skills and matrix.
* When you witness a fellow Rage Club Spaceholder sourcing Ordinary Confusion, or Low Drama or Swamp personally or as a spaceholder, immediately CALL THEM UP (I am writing this in capital letters for a reason, because messaging is not a human form of communication. DO NOT MESSAGE THEM UNLESS IT IS TO SET UP THE CALL).
Take them through the Liquid State that is needed. Use Vacuum Rapid Learning and Transformational Proposals.

If you are sending people do to EHP but do not check if they know what an EHP is, you are irresponsibly shoving the explanation of an EHP to the next unknown person! Hello! Archiarchy is not a culture where you shove Irresponsibility around. It is a culture where you source Responsibility.
Whoever is the spaceholder for Joseph, would you please have a do-over with him and make sure that he study up on what an EHP is?

If you invite your participants to join the PM Healing Village, and do not give them specific instructions about how to behave in that space, you are shipping child-gremlin empowered poopers to the Healing Village, and someone else (in this case me!) has to shovel your Shit! I would largely prefer to do someone else with my time and energy.
As Rage Club Spaceholders, you would please shift context and be on the Team that empowers the different Villages in Archiarchy to be elegant, guarded, clear and therefore have space for healing and transformation?
Would you also be on the Team of your participants to actually become adult (not as a concept but in reality) by house breaking them (the training that it takes for a dog to not poop on everyone's shoe, eat the couch and sleep on anyone's bed)?

How To Begin: New Village
You have participated in an Expand The Box Training.
You want new Thoughtware to be available for the people around you.
You don't already have a Circle.
(If you have a Circle from a different context, check 'Upgrading').
You do not know where to start.
What we can tell you is: You are not the first person to try to do this.
We have made many mistakes and learned from them along the way.
The work is not straightforward, more like a sailboat tacking right-and-left towards its goal.
Saying what worked and what didn't... feedback and coaching...

I wish it were that easy.
I don't think it is.
Nobody knows how to weave Archiarchy Villages... especially starting with individuals using S.H.I.T. Thoughtware...
Even people who have been to ETB and a PLab or two are babies. They have to go through the stages of first becoming fanatical about the amazingness of PM and its upgraded thoughtware and amazingly effective EHP processes, then they have to go through the phase of hating and rebelling against PM as an authority figure, trying to 'find their center' and 'take back their own authority'. Then they need to spend a minimum of a year or two establishing Radical Freedom https://radicalfreedom.mystrikingly.com for themselves.
Then, if their Gremlin is not 100% contaminating their Adult Ego State, they might become of value to an Archiarchy Village, even as small as a Bridge-House.
How can we go slow enough to keep pace with new people's steps along the Path without becoming so boring that they go find stimulus with tantric drug yoga angel woman training? I don't know.
People come. People go. People still try to consume us rather than try to co-create in the newly contexted spaces with us.
We open Doorways that people never even knew existed and they freak out. They thought the wall that we just painted the doorway through was solid as granite. It turns out to be a mural painted on tissue paper. People freak out. Do they have enough Matrix to hold the freak out? Steps along the Path are about building Matrix. How can we better help people build Matrix who have been taught in school to hate practice and to be afraid of experimenting at the edges.
I don't know.
All I know is I keep trying, and I feel glad when others keep trying too.

You are the Seed crystal for the new Village to happen.
It might take up 6 months to a year to ignite your Village-Making 3Cell.

Declaring yourself a Seed Crystal for a PM Village in the world is a significant leap into the Unknown. This is an archetypal Stand because there are so many sleep inducing forces that would want you to fail. It proves to be so helpful to make Pirate Agreements with two other people on the Path to help each other succeed no matter what. This is your 3Cell. Some people's 3Cells last their whole lives as the closest of friends.
Run Your S.P.A.R.K. Or StartOver.xyz Experiment Team
At your first weekly Experiment Team meeting, read the https://becomeanexperimenter.mystrikingly.com website together out loud and then do some of the Experiments together to shift identity into being an Experimenter. Make sure each person has their own personal Beep! Book to use for capturing discoveries, new Distinctions, and Emotional Healing Processes (EHP) for themselves to do.
Form Your First Study Group Or Possibility Team
Create a Flyer for your Study Group or Possibility Team with a short description + a clear start and end time and day of the week (that does not change), for example Thursdays at 19.30 + the location (which can be online) + contact information. See some handmade flyers below!
Place the Flyers around town: in organic food shops, cafés, libraries, yoga studios, and open bulletin boards at the town square or in the supermarket. Go to the weekly farmers' market and pass out flyers to everyone who comes.
Choose one of the recommended Possibility Books to study, or, for example, the Conscious Feelings book by Clinton Callahan, a central guide to Archan Thoughtware Upgrades.
Start the Study Group even if there is only one person there with you. Read a few paragraphs and then talk it over how to implement these ideas in your daily life. Although it may sound simple, this is one of the fastest ways to Build Matrix that we know of. Don't forget to Have Fun!
Make Your Personal Website
It might too early for you to make your personal website. You could think: "Who the hell am I to have a website?" If that is any reassurance, I have 650 websites! And I am still not sure how that happens.
The point is that the first thing people will ask you when you invite them to a Study Group or knock of someone's door to arrange to deliver your WorkTalk at their Center is: "Can I see your website?"
Having a website build your credibility and your visibility.
Make your website. Don't worry about making it perfect. Your website will always be a draft.

There will be a moment when it will become obvious that your Circle needs food that you might not be able to provide, that is the time to Create an Expand The Box in your area.
Only AFTER you have read the website and start doing the experiments, THEN please reach out to the Trainers or the Trainer Guild to find your next steps.
Train Your People In Holding Space for Emotional Healing Processes
One of the traditions of an Archan Village is to replace yourself as soon as possible. This requires that immediately as you start delivering a certain Nonmaterial Value, such as EHP, you have Apprentices learning from you to deliver that service.
Call for your Apprentices. Give them challenges so they can go through the Liquid States that you went through to be able to hold space for EHPs. Flow power in their direction by sending some of your clients to them, the ones they can handle.
Establish a Healing Village: deepen the context of how Healing goes in your Archan Village. This requires landing the distinctions that Emotions are for Healing many, many times, over and over again in different ways. You will have to demonstrate how to ask for an Emotional Healing Process. You might want to carry a Purple Card (and inform yourself on how The Purple Card works).
Empower Your People To Deliver Their Own Rage Club
Rage Club is the starting point of holding space for Archan Nonmaterial Value. Learning to hold space for others to learn to feel are basic skills needed to deliver any kind of Archan work.
Invite them to be your Apprentice in one of your Rage Club.
Invite them to join a Rage Club Spaceholder Training.
Invite them (incessantly) to deliver their first Introduction to Rage Club. Encourage them to do the EHP that are in their way to shine through delivering the work that they love.
You know how scary that first step can be, and how exhilirating it is to be a space through which people can come Alive.
Open The Path To Your People's Possibilitator Specialty
An Archan Village come to life when your people deliver their Possibilitator Specialty. It can take a monimum of 2 years of solid Growing Up work before that Quest becomes relevant to the people in your Circle.
That does not stop you from laying the Path ahead of them, to paint the picture of where we are going with all this work. Possibility Management and sourcing an Archan Village is not meants to be a happy distraction in between getting kids at school and dealing with the stress of a corporate job. The invitation is for your people to shift their Point-of-Origin from their birth culture (and thoughtware) to the culture they want to live in (and the thoughtware that allows them to do that).
Who are they in the culture they want to live in? That's their Possibilitator Specialty.
